## Reconnecting to Purpose Through Everyday Interactions

Virtua Health partnered with Practicing Excellence to strengthen the everyday interactions that shape patient and colleague experiences. With outcomes of a 5.8-point increase in Net Promoter Score, a 6.8-point increase in nurse communication, and a 7.0-point increase in physician communication, Virtua saw its highest colleague engagement level in five years.
