What past cohort participants are saying....

“Nurse LEAD was different for me than most other leadership opportunities because it focused on self-care. It made me realize that I can lead better, be more productive, and take care of my team better when I take care of myself first. It helped me set better professional boundaries that have led to increased happiness at home and at work.”

“Participating in the Nurse LEAD Program offers a wealth of valuable experiences and benefits like leadership skills, mentorship, advocacy, networking and personal growth.”

“I think the connections built with other leaders was one of the most valuable things. I found it beneficial to know I wasn’t alone in my struggles or my goals— it reassures that the work we are doing is hard but it is doable.”
