Leadership Development That Reaches the Whole Team
Children’s Primary Care Medical Group (CPCMG) partnered with Practicing Excellence to build a shared language of leadership through weekly five-minute coaching, team discussions, and skill-building workshops. All team leaders completed the Building Transformative Leaders Certification Program; clinicians and staff then reached 90% active participation in that program applied nearly 11,000 coaching tips. In CPCMG’s 2025 AMA Wellness Survey, there was a 6.9% improvement in respondents feeling valued by their organization.
